Just installed the Blue Zinfandel Squared 2.0 Wordpress theme by Brain Gardner. Great theme–simple with just the right amount of polish.
I did have to make a couple tweaks to get it perfect though. Posts in the Archives page(s) were using <?php the_excerpt(__(’Read more’));?>, so I changed that to <?php the_content(__(’Read more’));?><div style=”clear:both;”></div> to get the […]

WordPress 2.1 Ate My WYSIWYG

Have you recently upgraded to WordPress 2.1? Are you unable to see the visual editor (or WYSIWYG for us old-schoolers)? Are you going mad with frustration because you had the visual editor feature in previous versions but can’t get it to work now?

UPDATE TO WORDPRESS 2.1 UPGRADE ISSUES:
Went on the WordPress forums and got things to run smooth once again. Pretty easy fix actually. For all you other brave souls upgrading to WordPress 2.1, here’s what I had to do:

Go to Users -> Your Profile
Check the box that says “Use the visual editor when writing”
No idea why […]
