They couldn't find it either, it's no where on itunes and you can just go round and round going to the Apple website, clicking on the upgrade whcih then sends you back to itunes with only the "ok" button to push. They were really nice at the Apple store though and offered to give me a whole new ipod touch which does contain the upgrade. I had to decline belive it or not because mine is engraved and the store does not offer engraving. I went into the Apple store today looking for the missing January software upgrade. I almost bought it twice as the first few times I tried to sync up with it iTunes the new apps didn't appear.
