New “Go Public” T-Shirts

Go Public T-Shirt

I’ve decided to branch out from CafePress for my T-Shirt businesses and give Spreadshirt a try. The first shirt I’ve done this with is “Go Public“, my ode to universal fear of public restrooms.

This shirt is based off a vector graphic file and is “plot printed”, meaning the design is accurately cut from a piece of smooth, semi-gloss polyurethane which is heat-pressed onto the material to permanently adhere it to the shirt fabric. The quality of printing and the shirts themselves is higher than that of the digital-only printing done by CafePress. In addition, you can offer 25 different printing colors from a single vector design.

I’ve created 5 shirts from this single design, including two ladies shirts. If anyone has a request for a different style or color, just let me know.

Welcome to Spreadshirt! Thanks for setting up a shop with us. We would love to hear more about what you think of Spreadshirt. I found Spreadshirt because I was looking for a better quality printing for t-shirts for my blog - IheartPGH.com. I was so impressed I now work for Spreadshirt.
    Thanks for posting about us.

  3. To be honest I’ve had problems with both and am desperately saving for a dtg printer of my own, I think a lot of designers are realizing that the cut these guys take is so hefty that we’re being forced in to manufacturing just to earn a minimum wage!

Wow Paul, that’s an interesting angle you’re taking. Designer becomes manufacturer. If you figure out a way to manufacture and need some extra designs to make some extra profit, let me know. I’ve got a bunch and am always looking for alternative printing vendors.
