While trying to book a multi-city flight using frequent flier miles on the Northwest Airlines web site, I received “Message 158″ which informed me my miles were insufficient and I should click on “Buy Miles” to purchase more…
Only problem is, there is no “Buy Miles” link anywhere on the page…what’s a lad to do?
